The Mad Surgeon is a performed character created using special effects makeup.

This piece was created on the morning it was worn, and directly applied to the face without any pre fabricated prosthetics. The Mad Surgeon was someone who was so obsessed with perfection they attempted to remove parts of their face and perform their own surgical procedures.
