A Morning In Stockholm is a plein air watercolor painting of the 4:00am sunrise in Stockholm, Sweden. I wanted to do something special for my birthday, which meant I wanted to simply sit and paint. My main goal was to capture the details of all the complex buildings across the water and further ingrain them in my memory.
